These sticky biscuits are just perfect for a sneaky tea-time treat or perfect to end off any meal. The best part is you most probably have most of the ingredients in your pantry, and they take minutes to make!
- Mix all the ingredients together except the melted butter. Once mixed, add the melted butter and mix again.
- Line a 20 x 30 cm baking pan and press the dough down evenly into the pan.
- Bake at 180°c for around 20 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes then slice into fingers.
