At Kosher SA, we are tightening up our control at Kosher certified functions by implementing the use of one-time certificates at all functions going forward. By doing this we can ensure that the venue, caterer and mashgiach are all under the supervision of our department.

This one-time certificate will contain the following details: date, caterer, venue, mashgiach name and number. A certificate cannot be used more than once as a unique number is generated per certificate.

We ask that when attending a function that you look out for this certificate and report to us if it is not displayed by contacting Rabbi Groner on rabbi.groner@uos.co.za.
