A number of years ago, the Kashrut Department established a laboratory for monitoring infestation in flour, fruits, vegetables, grains etc. With the assistance of international experts in this field we have been able to set guidelines for checking & cleaning food items.

In order to keep monitoring changes in the local situation, we need a number of volunteers to systematically assess the current circumstances.

You will need to attend a session where Pinchas takes you through our current methods of checking, after which we will expect you to keep methodical records of your findings and keep us informed.
